Locksmith callouts vary depending on the type of service job required and whether the job is during our business hours or you are needing an after-hours emergency callout. Our minimum callout (includes 25 mins of labour) is $220 incl GST. After hours emergency jobs are quoted depending on time, location and works required.

We work on almost any domestic or commercial lock. As long as we have safe access to the lock we will be able to adjust, service or repair where possible.

When dealing with locks and security we always recommend using fully qualified Master Locksmiths. All work from a Master Locksmith is guaranteed and is completed to the highest standards in the industry. It is not worth using someone unqualified when it comes to your safety and security.

We have a fully equipped service vehicle dedicated to after-hours emergency work.

We always quote our jobs over the phone prior to attending.

Our callout fee is coupled with labour and doesn’t include parts. It will vary depending on job time and location.

We are registered with a Victoria Police Private Security Business Registration, all our technicians are fully qualified locksmiths and members of the Master Locksmiths Association of Australasia.
